Classification of carbon round rods

Round steel is usually divided into hot rolled round steel, forged round steel and cold drawn round steel. Hot rolled round bars are available in sizes from 5.5 to 250 mm in diameter. Hot rolled round steel is usually used in construction and general hardware processing. Forged round bars are commonly used in the manufacture of mechanical parts. Cold-drawn round steel is a round steel with high precision after "cold drawing" treatment, which can be directly used as a bearing.
